As we left Waterton, the skies were clear, the wind had diminished. We drove again the road to Cameron Lake. Such a different view. Quite amazing in the sunshine. When we got to the lake, with clouds still drifting over the mountains and steam rising from the lake, it was beautiful. We were so glad we went back. We also checked out Bertha Falls, not far from out campsite.
As we got close to St. Mary, MT, the clouds appeared and rain splattered the windshield-no real downpour. We set up at our campsite and went to the St. Mary visitor center, then drove to
Rising Sun to check out the boat ride, which we hope to take tomorrow.
